Do customers need an app?
No. Customers just tap the NFC stand or scan the QR code with their phone camera. Your review page opens instantly in the browser.
Does NFC work on every phone?
Most modern Android phones and iPhones (XS and newer) read NFC with a simple tap. For any phone without NFC, the QR code on the same stand works with the camera.
How does the smart QR & NFC review routing work?
When a customer scans your QR stand or taps your NFC card, a simple mobile page asks for a star rating. At or above the rating you choose (for example 4 stars), they go straight to your Google review form. Below it, they can send private feedback to your team, and the button to post on Google stays on the same screen.
Can unhappy customers still post on Google?
Yes. Rsreviewpro never blocks a customer from posting a public Google review. Customers who rate below your chosen level are offered a private feedback form as well, so you hear about problems and can put them right.
How is customer data handled?
Name and phone number are optional on the feedback form. Feedback is visible only to your business, is never sold, and customers can ask for their details to be corrected or deleted under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.

Can I update my Google review URL or business details later?
Yes, you can update your Google Place ID, review redirect URL, business categories, or notification email anytime from your Business Dashboard without needing to change or reprint your physical QR codes.

Satisfied customers (4–5 stars) are directed to public Google Maps. For 1–3 stars, customers are invited to share private feedback, while retaining an open option to review directly on Google.
Digital Personal Data Protection
Customer names, phone numbers, or feedback are never sold or shared. Every individual retains the legal right to data correction and permanent erasure upon request.
Strict Tenant Isolation & Encryption
Each business client operates in isolated, encrypted tenant boundaries. No enterprise can access another’s customer lists or ratings. Admin credentials are strictly for governance.
